1. Who you are dealing with

This website, https://us.elhomoamans.com (the "Site"), is operated by Aureliai SpA, a company organized in Chile (Cerro El Plomo 5931, Of. 1213, Piso 12, Santiago). Aureliai SpA creates the content and is responsible for delivering it and for customer support.

Purchases are processed and sold by Paddle.com Market Limited (for U.S. buyers, its affiliate Paddle.com Inc.), which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order. Paddle is the seller of record on your receipt: it charges your payment method, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax, and handles refunds and chargebacks. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's terms for buyers.

2. Acceptance

By using the Site or buying a product on it, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not purchase or use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy.

3. What you are buying

The Site sells digital content owned or licensed by Aureliai SpA:

  • The book Homo Amans: Field Report in digital format (PDF and EPUB).
  • The bonus materials listed on the sales page at the time of purchase (PDF files and in-app tools).
  • Access to My Library, a web application where you can read and use the purchased content through a session linked to your email address.

What is included, and the price, are stated on the Site at the moment you buy. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when the order is confirmed.

4. Price, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The current price of the book is US$37. Taxes may apply at checkout: depending on where you live, Paddle may add sales tax or VAT on top of the listed price. The final amount, including any tax, is shown in the checkout before you confirm.

Payment is handled entirely by Paddle. Aureliai SpA never receives or stores your card number or payment credentials.

5. Delivery

The products are digital goods with immediate delivery. Once Paddle confirms the payment, you receive an email with a personal download link and access to My Library, normally within minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and then write to info@aureliai.solutions; we will resend your access.

6. 14-day refund policy

Every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee counted from the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason. To request it, email info@aureliai.solutions or use Paddle's buyer support at https://paddle.net. We confirm the request within 5 business days and Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

After a refund, the download link and library access tied to that purchase are turned off.

7. License to use the content

Buying the book does not transfer ownership of the work. Aureliai SpA grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to download, read, and use the content on your own devices.

Without prior written permission you may not:

  • Copy, share, or distribute the content, in whole or in part, including on forums, groups, social media, file-sharing services, or any website.
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or transfer the content or your library access to anyone else.
  • Modify the content, create derivative works, or remove copyright or authorship notices.
  • Use the content for commercial purposes.

8. Educational content, no guarantee of results

Homo Amans and its bonus materials are educational and informational. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they do not replace care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line in your area.

We do not promise specific outcomes. What you get from the material depends on your own circumstances and choices, which are outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in the products, including text, audio, design, code, and logos, belongs to Aureliai SpA or is used under license, and is protected by copyright law in the United States and internationally. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited. "Homo Amans" is used as a trade name by Aureliai SpA.

10. Acceptable use

When using the Site and My Library you agree not to:

  • Use them for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Share your access or the purchased content with others.
  • Try to access restricted areas or systems without authorization.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Site.
  • Scrape, mine, or automatically extract content.
  • Impersonate another person or distribute malicious code.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and the products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aureliai SpA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from temporary unavailability of the Site or My Library, incompatibility with your devices that was not disclosed at purchase, your use of the educational content, or third-party services linked from the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your right to the refund described in section 6.

12. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in the Cookie Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page and do not affect purchases already made. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by the consumer protection laws of the state where you live to the extent they apply. Nothing in this section takes away rights you have as a consumer under those laws.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
