Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The Site https://us.elhomoamans.com is operated by Aureliai SpA (Cerro El Plomo 5931, Of. 1213, Piso 12, Santiago, Chile). We are responsible for the information collected through the Site itself: your email address when you sign up for free material or make a purchase, your quiz answers, and how you use the Site and My Library.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (for U.S. buyers, its affiliate Paddle.com Inc.), acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes the information needed to complete your order (name, email, billing address, and payment details) as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. Aureliai SpA never sees or stores your card number.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact information: your email address, when you give it to us to receive free material, a discount, updates, or when you buy.
  • Order information: what you bought, the amount, the date, and the transaction identifiers Paddle sends us after a successful payment. We do not receive your card details.
  • Quiz and in-app data: if you take the free quiz or use the tools in My Library, we store your answers and progress so you can come back to them.
  • Usage and device information: IP address, browser and operating system, pages visited, the ad or link that brought you here (UTM parameters), and how you interact with the Site.
  • Consent records: the date and policy version in effect when you gave a consent.

We do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

3. How we use it

  • To deliver what you bought, run My Library, and provide support and refunds.
  • To send you the free material you asked for and, if you agreed, our emails about the book and related content. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link (see section 5).
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
  • To measure and optimize our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the providers we need to operate the Site:

  • Paddle (Merchant of Record): processes your payment and issues receipts and refunds. Paddle privacy policy.
  • Hosting and database (Vercel, Hostinger): host the Site and the database with leads and orders. The database is located in Germany.
  • Email delivery: the provider that sends our transactional and marketing emails on our behalf.
  • Google (Analytics 4, Tag Manager): site analytics. Google privacy policy.
  • Meta (Pixel and Conversions API): ad measurement. To attribute a conversion we may send Meta a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email from our server; Meta does not receive it in plain text. Meta privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing browsing data with Meta and Google for advertising measurement may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you can opt out as described in section 7.

5. Email and CAN-SPAM

If you give us your email to receive free material, a discount, or updates, we will email you about the book and related content. You can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email (one click, no login) or by writing to info@aureliai.solutions. Opt-outs are honored promptly and you are added to a suppression list.

Transactional emails (order confirmation, download link, refund handling) are needed to deliver what you bought and are sent even if you unsubscribed from marketing.

6. Where your data is processed

Aureliai SpA is based in Chile. Our database is hosted in Germany, and our analytics and advertising providers process data in the United States. When you use the Site your information may be processed in those countries. We require our providers to protect it with appropriate safeguards.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you and receive a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information, subject to what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
  • Opt out of the sharing of your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of them, email info@aureliai.solutions from the address you used with us, tell us which right you want to exercise, and we will respond within the time the law allows (45 days in most cases). To opt out of advertising cookies, use the cookie banner where shown or your browser settings, as described in the Cookie Policy. To stop marketing emails, the unsubscribe link is enough.

8. How long we keep it

Order data is kept while you have access to the product and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Lead data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or anonymized form.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted and authenticated access to our database, and activity logs. No online service is completely secure, but we work to reduce the risk. If a security incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, write to info@aureliai.solutions and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
